We want you to be completely satisfied with your Poosh purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
